How Our Community Partnership Works
Our nonprofit and community rates are made possible by a true partnership—your cross-promotion helps us offset costs and create more impact together. To unlock these exclusive rates, we require the following collaboration:
- Social Media Shoutouts & Collaboration:
Mix & Go will post and tag your organization across our verified Instagram and Facebook accounts (blue check, bay bay!). We’ll also use the Instagram Collaborate button for maximum reach and engagement. In return, we require 2–3 posts from your organization tagging @djmixandgo before, during, and after your event. - Logo/Link Placement & Digital Tracking:
List Mix & Go as a sponsor or add our logo/QR to your fliers and digital materials. We’ll provide a unique, trackable link (and QR code if needed), share engagement data, and publish a dedicated blog post about your event on our site with a backlink to your organization. This “Featured Partner” blog post is a special sponsor benefit! - Automatic Listing on Our Partnership Page:
All partners are automatically featured on our Event & Travel Partnerships page—showcasing your organization as part of the Mix & Go community and boosting your visibility. - On-Stage Shoutout:
30-second DJ Mixmaster Cayes The Travel Guy shoutout on stage, hyping your organization and sponsors to the crowd. - Co-Branded Recap Video or Photo Album:
After the event, we’ll provide a high-quality video recap or photo album, collaborating with you on content and final approval—perfect for your socials, website, or newsletters. - Dedicated Mix & Go Blog Post:
We’ll write a blog post about your event for both our site and yours, keeping your event and promo code visible. As long as guests book with your code, you keep earning 10% donations.
Partner Testimonials & Shared Media:
We’ll collect testimonials and share approved event photos/videos for both brands to use in future promotions.

Important Notes & Flexibility
Outdoor events require twice as much equipment, setup, and risk (rain, heat, travel, etc). These rates reflect the true value and sustainability of our service.
If your organization provides a professional-grade sound system, tent/cover, or other major equipment, we’re happy to adjust the price accordingly.
Events over 6 hours, or requiring extremely early setup (due to street closures, etc.), may incur an additional fee—let’s chat about your logistics.
We no longer offer full-day outdoor events for $500. Our current pricing ensures the quality, reliability, and professionalism you expect from Mix & Go.

Outdoor events are a major production—requiring more gear, more setup, and more risk.
